How to add google analytics to blogger

Google analytics help bloggers/website owner to track the their visiters and page views and can also check the visiter location and numbers of views and many others details in standard and custom reports. It is free tool and you can join it by gmail account.

Placing google analytics on blogger.

If you have a google analytics account then well and good other wise make a new.
At first goolge ask you some questions and information about your blog if you are making new account click sign up button.

Then give information about your blog and get tracking I.D. if you already have old analytics account then go to admin and property column then click on create new property and enter information of your blog/website

Then scroll down and click on get tracking ID.

New window appears then copy the code.
After this came back to your blogger account. Go to template and edit HTML. Then paste the code get from analytics account before the <head>tag to find <haed> (Ctrl+F) thats it you have done. Analytics account will active and show the info with in 24 hrs. If there is any problem then reconform the following points.
  • Does not have error in configuration.
  • Copy and paste code correctly.
  • Check that code has no spaces.
  • There is no poor filters.
  • Java script is enable and flash plugin is working properly.
